Thank you for choosing Eventfulness. We strive to offer creative and high quality party décor for all of your events. We also take great pride in our customer service. Please take a moment to read our shop info and policies prior to placing your order. 

All items are handmade with dedication, time, care, and attention to detail. The design art has been created by Eventfulness and fonts used have been purchased or are free for commercial use.

All designs, artwork, and party décor is owned by Eventfulness. Eventfulness DOES NOT give permission to anyone to use or sell any of our designs or products. 

Please keep in mind that due to the items being handmade, items may vary slightly to the original images, and you may have some slight color variations. Colors may vary based on supply or may be lightly different in person than what you see on your device. We do our best to keep the colors as close as possible to the original.

All items are made to order and your purchase confirms that you heave read, understand, and agree with my shop policies and guidelines.

Our party décor is made with high quality cardstock and supplies. Each banner card has layered cardstock to create a three-dimensional look. Cardstock is acid and lignin free.

Paper scraps are recycled

All sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each order is custom made to your requests therefore product cannot be returned to be reused. Cancellations are not accepted either.

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

When you place an order, please select the number of banner cards you will need.

Please write any personalized information (name or phrase) in the notes section and make sure that the number of banner cards match the number of letters in your name or phrase

YOU MUST LIST EVENT DATE in the notes section. This is to ensure that I can get your order finished and shipped on time. See shop notes for processing times (this does not include shipping times) If you need an order rushed you must purchase a Rush Order

✦If no event date is listed, your order will be processed in the order it was received and shipped accordingly. Normal Processing times are 7-10 business days.

Please also measure the space you intend to hang your banner and make sure that the sizing fits your needs. Ribbon/cord lengths are listed with each product. If you need any extra length added, this must be included in your notes.

Each word will be strung on a separate ribbon or cord. I can string them on a continuous strand UPON REQUEST ONLY as long as the length is doable.

Banner cards are strung on ribbon or cord length mentioned with each product. Each card can be moved along the ribbon to allow for desired spacing between each card.

Please read each item’s description carefully before placing your order

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of your order being placed. Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hour period has passed since you placed your order.

 

PROCESSING

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing when placing your order.  Custom orders may require more time. This timing is based on a cleared payment.

We can provide RUSH PROCESSING upon availability and can be purchased here: Rush Order  Rush listing must be added to your order. Rush processing does not speed up shipping times.

You can also purchase faster shipping,  this is the buyer’s responsibility as Eventfulness is not in control of shipping times. Once we have shipped your order, we are not responsible for delays due to shipping.

During high volumes in orders, orders will be processed based on event date. Please MAKE SURE YOUR EVENT DATE IS LISTED IN ORDER NOTES. This will not guarantee that your order is shipped sooner.

We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order of any errors or damages and photos must be submitted along with the notification.

 

SHIPPING

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PURCHASE

Orders will be shipped to the address provided in your account when your order is placed unless otherwise specified. Any different shipping information must be included in a message through your Esty account.

Estimated shipping time may not be accurate. It is just an estimate.

We ship with USPS first class mail as it is affordable and economical. Other shipping is available at an additional cost. 

Upgraded shipping WILL NOT CHANGE PROCESSING TIME. This can be expedited if you pay for a Rush Order

USPS first class mail does not offer tracking numbers.

Once your order has shipped the shipping provider is responsible for any delays

Eventfulness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages

The buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider.

If a package returned is due to an incorrect address being listed, the buyer will be responsible for any secondary shipping costs

Eventfulness is not liable for any issues that may arise with the shipping provider and or customs for international shipping. Any problems caused by or during shipping do not reflect on our business standards and dedication to our customers.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Eventfulness is not liable for any delays due to customs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
