Do you purchase your banner designs?
All of the art used in our party décor is created and owned by Eventfulness.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do accept custom orders. Please contact me for more information and pricing.
What is the best way to hang my banner?
You can hang your banner in any way you choose. I generally use tape but please keep in mind that tape can remove paint off of surfaces. Any damage done to surfaces or areas you choose to hang the banner on are not our responsibility. It is entirely up to you as to how you hang your banner.

Where do you ship from?
Eventfulness currently ships from Las Vegas, Nevada
When will my order ship?
Orders will generally be shipped between 5-7 business days and in some cases may be more depending on volume. Please allow and account for the full 7 business days for processing before item ships and plan accordingly to make sure your order will arrive before your event date. The 5-7 business days does not include shipping time. During high order volumes, orders will be processed based on event date. Make sure your event date is listed in the notes when you place your order. This will not guarantee faster processing times.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping may vary depending on location and the shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
Standard First-Class Mail: 3 to 7 business days (may be more and not guaranteed)
Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days (may be more and not guaranteed)
My order shows that it has shipped but I have not received it.
Shipping provider transit times may vary and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, events, and or weather conditions. This applies to all shipping options including priority or rushed shipping services. Eventfulness cannot guarantee and is not responsible for shipping delays. We do our best to process orders in a timely manner and the shipping provider is responsible once we have shipped your order. Buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping provider with any problems that may arise due to shipping. We recommend that you place your order for your event well in advance to avoid any unforeseen delays.
Can I return my order?
Eventfulness does not accept returns on any orders. You can cancel your for up to 24 hours of placing your order. Once the 24 hours has passed it is likely we are already working on your order therefor you can no longer cancel. All purchases are made to order based on your requests and cannot be reused or resold therefore cannot be returned.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, you may rush your order in two different ways or both if necessary.

- You can also speed up the shipping by purchasing a faster shipping option upon checkout.
We cannot guarantee the shipping and delivery times from the shipping provider once it has left our store. Shipping times are out of our control is up to the shipping provider.
